Foen Aluminium Industry Hosts '2025 Spring Festival Symposium for Mid- to Senior-Level Managers

To further enhance the management skills and overall competence of Foen's mid- to senior-level managers, foster a deeper understanding of Foen's cultural spirit, strengthen team cohesion, and propel the company towards high-quality development, Foen Aluminium Industry held a grand '2025 Mid- to Senior-Level Management Cadres' Spring Festival Symposium' on February 10th.


Director and Vice President Liang Guan delivered the keynote speech, focusing on a special report on how to become a qualified "management cadre" embodying the cultural spirit of Foen. Mr. Liang emphasized:
