Chairman Huang Fen stated during his presentation that in the intergenerational succession of family businesses, what changes is the management team, but what remains unchanged is the core business philosophy, namely the bottom-line thinking of "doing what should be done and not doing what shouldn't be done". He advised young Taiwanese businesspeople to always maintain this bottom-line thinking when operating family businesses. When discussing the future development of the enterprises, Chairman Huang Fen believed that it is necessary to hold on to the present and also plan for the future. In the next ten years, China's private economy will enter a critical period of intergenerational transition.
