On May 25, 2025, Mr. Li Xin, Director of the Belt and Road Economic and Cultural Development Center, led a delegation to visit FOEN Aluminum Industry. Accompanied by Mr. Huang Fen, Chairman of FOEN, and Mr. Liang Guanrong, Executive President, among other senior executives, the delegation toured the FOEN Manufacturing Center and the FOEN Technology Pavilion.

Director Li and his delegation conducted an on-site inspection at the FOEN Technology Pavilion. Through an immersive tour, they systematically reviewed the Group’s full industrial chain layout, high-end product portfolio, precision processing techniques, and core R&D system. They paid special attention to a dedicated presentation on the company’s innovative achievements in new materials. Director Li highly commended FOEN’s benchmark role in building an independent intellectual property system and driving technological innovation within the industry.

During the meeting, Chairman Huang Fen provided a comprehensive overview of FOEN Aluminum Industry’s overall development and global strategic blueprint. He elaborated on the Group’s core business segments, product systems, and industrial chain advantages, highlighting how continuous innovation and R&D investment have solidified its leadership position in the sector. Regarding global expansion, Chairman Huang emphasized that "FOEN closely aligns with the national Belt and Road strategy." He outlined plans to advance localized operations in Belt and Road partner countries and establish overseas production bases in the future, building a globally integrated production and sales network.

Following the presentation, Director Li Xin first acknowledged FOEN’s current operational performance and achievements. Speaking from the perspective of the Belt and Road Initiative, he suggested that enterprises could leverage its policy dividends by prioritizing market development and sales strategies as key entry points to rapidly access markets in participating countries. He stressed the importance of thorough research and strict compliance with local policies and regulations to ensure compliant localized operations. Director Li also mentioned that the government would actively coordinate resources to support market expansion and fully assist enterprises in going global. He explained that the Belt and Road Economic and Cultural Development Center, established under the guidance of the national Belt and Road strategy, serves as a platform to integrate social resources and promote economic development and cultural exchange, jointly advancing comprehensive progress in the Belt and Road region.
